Why did my SSL stop working?
This could be for a few reasons, so please contact support to learn more. One reason could be due to the renewal date of your SSL. If it is up for renewal between 12 November 2025 and 12 December 2025, we are unable to renew the SSL which will cause it to stop working. Unfortunately, since Sitebeat is being discontinued, the only way to get a new SSL will be via another provider.
