You can add a Blank Page for your website in Sitebeat and use Features and Blocks to build the layout and design that you want.
Adding a Blank Page
Follow the instructions below to add a Blank Page to your website:
- Log In to access the Sitebeat dashboard.
- Under My Sites, click the Edit Site option of the website that you wish to manage.
- On your Site Editor, click Pages from the left-side menu, and then click Add.
- Click on the Page Icon, and then select Blank.
- The newly added Blank Page will show on your left-side panel. Hover your mouse pointer over it, and then click the Gear Icon that appears.
- Under Page Settings, enter a name for your page, and then edit the URL.
You can also add a Meta Title and Meta Description in the fields provided. - Click on the [←] Arrow Icon at the top of the left-side menu to go back to the Pages Panel, and then click it again to exit.
Note: If you want to edit a new site, you have to unpublish the current website and make your new site as your primary website.
Under My Sites, click the [...] Ellipsis Icon on the top-right corner of the website to unpublish the current site. Click Unpublish Site, and then click Yes, Unpublish to confirm.
Under My Domains, click the [...] Ellipsis Icon of the website that you want to replace as your primary website, then click Replace Primary. In the pop-up window, select the domain of the new website in the New Primary Domain list, then click Replace Primary. You can also click the Domains tab under My Sites to perform the necessary steps mentioned.
You can now edit the new site that you wish to manage.
Using a Blank Template
While there are many predesigned Templates to choose from in Sitebeat to build your website, you can also choose to use a Blank Template if you want to start building your website from scratch.
Follow the instructions below to begin creating your website using a Blank Template:
- Log In to access the Sitebeat dashboard.
- Click Templates tab in the left-side menu to access the Templates Library.
- Click on the Blank Template to preview, and then click the Create This Site button on the top-right corner to access the Site Editor and start building your website.
